Order A Prescription

Please note that online prescription requests require 48 working hours notice, and we will need to contact you to confirm details. If you require your pet’s prescription urgently please call us on 02476 464789. Patients receiving repeat prescriptions of medication must attend medication reviews with a veterinary surgeon (usually every 4 months). Please read our client information sheet for more information.

If your pet is on long-term medication, or specialised food, and under our care, you may use the following form to request a repeat prescription.  Alternatively, you can use the Pets App feature by clicking on the icon at the bottom right hand side of this page.
